why is this labeled as a CSX collision?
My error in going back to what I thought was the original thread. There have been two incidents in Chester in the last few years. One was Amtrak where the train struck MOW equipment. That's the one that I should have found and attached the NTSB report to. This "CSX" one was two engines bumping.
