South Shore boxcar built date

Does anyone know the built date for South Shore (CSS) 1500-1504?  The only readable picture I can find has BLT 11-6?, but the last digit is unreadable.

Thank you.

FWIW, it looks like Herald King thinks it's 11-64.

Here's a link to their decal.

11-64 is pretty visible on this shot. :)

Jason:  Good enough for me.  They used to have a good reputation in HO, so are probably reliable.  Even better, that set has the door lettering, which I was going to have to fake.

Ryan:  That's the picture I was looking at.  Comparing the built date with the EH 14-5 in the top row, I couldn't be sure if it was a 4 with the left portion faded, or a one with a spot of something on the right side.  Since you see it as a 4, Herald King printed their decals as a 4, and I can see it either way, I'll use a 4.

Thank you, both of you.
