The picture of SMART got me off my butt to take some pics of a project that's been slow going.  PTTX flats that ran along the NWP/CFNR line from Napa Pipe!

The PTTX car is close to being finished. Need to weather the pieces of lumber on the deck, and add random bits and pieces of stuff laying around. Naturally I found unloaded pictures after I got this one weathered and put together.

Also picked up a Metra F40. I had $60 in credit at the local hobby shop. I'd say at $60 total, I did pretty good.

Nice work guys!!!!   I was elected to build the flood loader for our clubs new open pit mine area and this is what I have so far. I have more buildings to go in the scene but not all done yet.

 I wrote ‘happy’.
They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.”

Hmm... you've got lots
more talent than Kiz...

Two scientists create a teleportation ray, and they try it out on a cricket. They put the cricket on one of the two teleportation pads in the room, and they turn the ray on.
The cricket jumps across the room onto the other pad.

Just got back from a great trip to the San Francisco area.  No trip there would be complete without stopping here!

It was great to spend some time visiting Chuck.  Had a few dinners together and came back with a bag o' stuff from FRTS!

Those are my manual switch machines while I wait for the next batch or torti to arrive. I even had the thought to "remove all tools and junk from the river before snapping the photo" as I took it...

J/K, I wish I had something that finished to where I could be posting pictures. "Problem" I have is I'm part of an NTrak club where I do a large portion of the scenery so I'm constantly trying to get 'rough' scenery in just so it looks okay (and isn't bare pink foam) and rarely get to polish and detail anything.

It is far from a finished scene! Glad my wood glue unsceniced transition from the embankment to river looks like sand, kind of  hey if you can't laugh at yourself... :D. Now to fix that horribly warped back drop photo! Oh and get base scenery completed
