That is kinda neat. Something different from what is out there.  Typical US look to it also.

Exactly. That's why one is on its way to me now.

It'll look pretty at home buried in the middle of the block in York.

The ground floor windows are a little low but for the price it could be useful.

Look a lot like post war and post 1920 style Japanese buildings. Easy to use for buildings over here since many were designed by western architects.
