Trainworx has the tooling to produce both the 280/350 (1949-57) and the 281/351 (1954-76) Peterbilts.

The truck from Dual was a 281/351, and it was released last year as part of the Movie and TV Show Trucks.

W Neal:  These were almost certainly around in the mid 80s out west, although not working for major companies.  Old Kenworths and Peterbilts seemed to last forever, especially driven by owner-operators, and the major companies sold theirs as they were replaced.  Eventually they filtered down to farm and local service.  There are probably some still on the road today.
