Can anyone tell me where the "Look and Layout" page is found. It does not show on my "Profile" page.

I'll leave it to the mods to confirm but Likely it is because there is a threshold for participation before all of the features of the forum are unlocked. I believe its 25 posts or so. this is to discourage spam and people joining simply to sell things and all that.

Post, share modeling and comment on threads and it should be okay in no time  :)

Click: Profile and this will take you to the summary page. Look for Modify Profile and hover on it for the drop down box. Inside that list is Look & Layout. But you might night be able to access that yet till you get some postings under your belt first. i think it's around 25 but I'm not sure on that. :)
