Linking to Railpictures and Other Photo Sites

Before you post, please make sure you understand the policy of the site you are linking to. It's much better to provide just the URL / link for a picture than putting the picture inline. Most sites have a use policy.

Please to not put railpictures.net inline, but rather link to it using the provided URL under their picture. It saves bandwith and is what they ask you use.

From a newbie, besides the bandwidth issue, is this still the case if the poster is the pesrson who uploaded the picture to railpictures.net or similar site?  Just curious...

Unfortunately - yes ..   you can always provide the link to the railpictures photo .. just not inline in the message..
