Not really.  The HO model is of a specific prototype that is very appropriate for New Haven modelers.  Why wouldn't I want to see that model in N?

A N scale version of the former Branchline 50' plug door car seems like a logical choice, whether to use as-is or as a starting point for a 40' FGE RBL.

Well, review your e-mail to me of 5/18/14. Anyway, maybe more people are on board now with making this car.

I'd be in for one. But only if they did the matching GP10s to go along with them.

I never said I didn't want to see a 40' FGE plug door boxcar in N.  I said it wasn't practical for a manufacturer to tool it because it's a one-prototype car.  That said, I'd rather see that prototype appear in N than see the Trainman model "upgraded" since it is not based on a valid prototype.  There's no change in my original position.

They were paired with non-dynamic SD38 units here.

I wasn't going to respond to this thread, until I received an email with the following announcement from Atlas today.

I think next time I'll just post my wish and then lock the topic, and let everyone else do their own thing in their own topic...   :RUEffinKiddingMe:   The schizophrenic free for all was not what I was hoping for.
