Etched kit for the Walthers PD5125

I have one of these somewhere and would be interested.

I think it's funny that the car on Spookshow's page has the small end section of the walkway bent down and almost broken off.  Mine is the same way.  It's because the packaging was not designed right.

Put me down for 5. I've been hanging onto a bunch of these hoppers waiting for some etched roof walks to appear on the market. With a kit like this I could get the, looking good enough to run with the new BLMA Flour cars.

I won't need a set number for a few weeks. This is just to get an idea of how many sheets of frets I will need to order. Alvin is working on the artwork now. if we can arrange the frets in such a way that more will fit on one etching sheet, the costs may go down a bit.

Nickel?  Maybe you meant nickel-silver?  I have never seen photoetched nickel parts.

It probably wouldn't hurt to look for some 100T trucks while you're at it...

Off the top of my head, I don't recall which ones would be compatible with the stock bolsters on the Walthers model, whether BLMA, Atlas, etc.

If you are on an etching crusade how about an etched walkway for the Atlas Trainman ACF 3560.

Although I initiated and am funding the project, the design and production is being handled by the very talented Alvin aka Wutter. He had produced a great etched kit for a Google type signal a few years ago and his 3D models are outstanding.

Can wait to see the initial designs!

You should be able to turn it off (or did the smart phone developers didn't think that the users should be able to decide what they want and what they don't want?)

That's pretty much the case. I use a 3rd party keyboard app for my phone. It has a tendency to change things AFTER I already typed them. I would say that 90% of my comments on here are made from the phone and that does cause issues. The embarrassing part is I just don't catch enough before hitting send.
