And the panel sides are excellent; these pups made it all the way to Californy as late as the 50'...
What I think we need now in the way of hoppers are some outside braced wood side 70 tonners, like the ones In this pic. These have not been made since Minitrix/Concor, badly, way back when.

3-Bay Composite Hoppers like those were fairly rare. I've only seen them in MoPac (as in your picture), N&W, and the always popular Midland Valley.

Craig, your are of course correct in that the 70 ton composite cars were not as prevalent as the 50 tonners, but they weren't exactly obscure, either, with over 2600 war emergency cars made. In hopes of prevailing on you to maybe consider doing some, I'm attaching a resource reference below.
