No Problems With Kato Unitrack #4 Turnouts

I just bought 2 Kato #4 turnouts, and they are trouble free. No derailments as cars go through the turnouts. What a relief.


Hmm... I'm commenting
only in orange letters
from now on, because it
matches my naturally
straight fur in color...

You were very lucky Kis. Usually the Unitrack #4 switch requires several adjustments to prevent derailments.

The new turnouts I have look different than the previous #4 turnouts that need to be tinkered with. The new ones have a finer rail end that fits much better against the diverging rail. Looks like Kato modified their turnouts for the better.

modify Kiz for the better...
