Who makes/distributes the ISO TIP cordless soldering irons these days. Senasys, or Emerson? Neither website mentions this line. :? Need a customer service phone #, or e-mail.
 Thanks, Joe D

I will give a testimonial. They are excellent! I first used a model 7800 (it was bright red in those days) in the late seventies where I worked and used it until they closed the factory in 2002. We used to go out on the line and make fairly heavy solder connections with them and a charge lasted a long time.

In all those years, I believe I only replaced the ni-cad battery twice. The 7800 recharges in an hour and it really does. The needle tips were wonderful for surface mount components.

I agree with last reply. Best tool I ever purchased, and excellent for SM LED's. Going to ship it to IS0-TIP, for their $24.95 repair fee.

I do not like soldering (probably because I caught my hot corded iron years ago when it fell), but my ISO-Tip has been great for installing decoders. Much safer than a basic corded iron.
