Excellent scenery! Some of the best I've seen...right down to the weeds in the sidewalk and paving cracks! The grassy areas are exactly the look I'm after on my layout. Care to share your techniques? I'm assuming a static grass applicator played a part.

Thanks for sharing the video.  I think the Kingsbury branch may be the most realistic N scale urban layout done to date.  Several photographers who were customers of mine had loft studios in  buildings in that area back in the early 80s- so I spent some time there. Someone once asked me how accurate your layout was, I said the only thing you left out was my white econoline van and a couple guys in green shirts unloading a backdrop.  What year is it set in?

I am going to have to make layout building a full time job in retirement to get anywhere close to what you've done here.  Great work.
