In a Facebook post today, Fox Valley Models has announced:

Quote
Today we are happy to announce that the line of static couplers (formerly produced by Red Caboose and Precision Masters) are now available again. Three different shank lengths are available with the T shank, along with a body mount option. Part numbers will remain the same as before - now just with an FVM prefix - and barcodes! Also available is the truck from our N B&O caboose and the truck from our HO Milw Transfer Caboose. These products are in house and will start shipping next week.

Good news, I was beginning to run low. These couplers are great for use between covered wagons, when run in sets.
As to the caboose trucks, for us non B&O guys, what kind of truck is it and is it unique to the B&O cabooses?
