I'm in the process of "planking" my future coal dealer and I ran out. Of the locktite glue I have been using how would restore glue work gluing wooden coffee stirrers to plastic?

walther's goo
elmer's wood glue (yellow) might work but will not provide a strong bond
(it works on laying plastic ties of track, adhering to wood)
craft like hot glue gun/stick but again not as strong of a bond as with either Loctite or walther's goo
