Per-Diem crazyness!

I was surfing through MBK's website today and noticed they have a lot of FVM boxcars for really cheap. Many are below $10. Now I usually focus on major railroad equipment (Conrail, CN, BN, CSX and NS/Southern make most of my roster), but these are mostly per-diem shortlines. I just put in a 25 car order.

This will finally give my roster a much needed dose of color.

Thanks Dan, for the pointer,
I just bought a few of the Milwaukee ribbed cars, both 40 and 50 footers which roamed the country in great numbers, AND a C&NW war emergency car sold out elsewhere. Great tip!

These boxcars are too modern for me. (Thank goodness!)

Hmm... let 1960's gondolas
go on sale and Kiz'll file
for bankruptcy protection...

Two scientists create a teleportation ray, and they try it out on a cricket. They put the cricket on one of the two teleportation pads in the room, and they turn the ray on.
The cricket jumps across the room onto the other pad.
