I'm surprised no one here has yet commented on Bachmann's new Pennsy 4-6-2 K4s that's being shown at the Portland train show. It also appears on Bachmann's newsletter.

Although I'm a western area modeler (ATSF, SP, and UP), I am extremely happy for you Pennsy guys and gals who have been wanting this engine for so long. It appears Bachmann may be doing justice to it, too. Looks terrific in the photos.

There'll be dancing in the streets in the eastern half of USA!

Umm... did you check the Product Discussion page?...

There was a thread that got out of hand and locked.. then a thread to discuss the locking of the first thread..

Plus a product announcement thread discussing everything from NMRA.. including the K4.. which references the first two threads..

It turns out you can get black confetti in the shape of d'cks...

No, I'm still undergoing radiation treatment away from home so I didn't think to check any other sites, sorry. My internet connection is very shaky and slow as a result so I don't explore very much due to the long download times and such.

Anyway, I hope this new engine turns out to be a good one.
