I would be interested in the Baby Ruth series, but if they are ink jet printed (Like many of MT's recent billboard reefer releases) then I'm probably going to pass. Ink jet printing is ok for doing graffiti or weathering, but for regular solid-color paint schemes Tampo printing is (was) so much higher quality!  Maybe I'll take a chance and buy one to see how it is done.   :|

Going digital is not always an improvement. We now chop-up and compress the hell out of music recordings, pixelize and compress our television programming and now digitally dot-print model train cars.   :x

Nothing for me, which is the norm. I'm waiting for the unpainted baggage car so I can kitbash the more common Erie two-tone green variation.

I was thinking of them as "primed"- is there some issue I am not aware of in painting over the MT green?  I invariably do several coats of the base color in any case- so I wasn't thinking of their paint layer as being a problem.

I gave up rivet counting when I couldn't see an N scale rivet anymore.

Oops.  It was late, I didn't notice the "Painted-Undecorated" and thought they were the unpainted variety.  That also explains the slightly higher price for them than what I was expecting for the undecorated version.

I'm safe this month, which is probably a good thing, since I should be saving up for the financial beating that I'll take when Atlas starts delivering all of the announced B36-7s, GP38-2s, SD35s, MP15s, hoppers, and cabooses decorated for the Seaboard System or Seaboard Coast Line later this year.

Has Joe or anyone from MTL confirmed an unpainted version; I've heard no such prognostication......?
Model railroading isn't saving my life, but it's providing me moments of joy not normally associated with my current situation..... Train are good!

Greenville car, with roofwalk.  Tempting, but it would be more tempting without a roofwalk.

Not sure if it's been officially said, but one could extrapolate from the fact that every other microtrains body style is available undecorated...

Same here for the CSX 4-pack.  Necessity if you have a rock runner on your line.
