Great guess, John, but I'm not sure that the truck centers are long enough on the coil car, when compared to the mystery picture.

I'm thinking it's another tank car of some type, because it looks to have type E Double shelves couplers.....

Coil car is a very good guess, although the relatively recent appearance of the Atlas model casts some doubt.

I would love the Conrail "Coilshield". The model that Exactrail just released in HO. Or Exactrail could release it in N.
