On your "next project" — are you working from a prototype photo or are you going to simply duplicate the MTL model?

Seriously though, watch out for that Neolube, capillary action will flow that suff up a vertical grade groove in an instant.

I would suggest some very careful xacto knife carving
reimaging mortar lines at corners
and in places that look somewhat "too smooth" or "to rough"
to be the texture of the build
then colorization that reinforces mortar and highlights
to edges and windows / roof

Carve out the bricks as suggested, then repaint the whole thing using the groovy methods in this month's N Scale Magazine.
