I hope everything said there is true, because I want to see a strong Atlas that's hitting the same stride it was 10 years ago when I was worried about how I'd handle all the orders coming in!

yeah I thought it was odd, but only because we don't se ethe same level of honesty in other business segments as we see here, especially from Atlas.

Well that's nice. I just wish they will get to the #10 switches and c55 flex. I need boxes of the stuff.

That was an interesting read.  They stated that their current products will be be the same (or better) quality like the previous releases. While I have no stake in this, seeing a thread here on the recently releases N scale turnouts (having what seemed like quality issues) seems to contradict that statement.

I don't think it was odd, because there was a thread recently on nScale.net where someone was spreading a nasty rumor about Atlas filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy.  :facepalm:  Scroll down to the fifteenth post on the first page, and you'll see where the fun begins.  I'm not sure if it's trolling or stupidity.

Now if there warranty department could get caught up.  Almost two months and I am still waiting on my U25B's to get fixed and returned.  At this point it will be January by the time I see them, if I am lucky!

Bryan:  I don't need any, so this is just curiosity, but in the letter they noted that a lot of the tooling needed work.  They didn't say if the flextrak needed work, but does it look like they reduced the size of the spikes?  I know there have been comments on their size, and this would have been as good an opportunity as any, if the tools needed work anyway.

Bob:  I don't, but since most of the model railroad companies seem to be "friendly competitors", I'll bet everyone in the industry does!
