I usually wait for Joe to start the Showcase new products topic, but the release of the Freightliner M2 Class is really exciting.

This is a much needed truck for modern modelers.

Edit:  According to Wikipedia, the Business Class M2 106 has been in production since June of 2002.

Nice product, but can somebody please tell them to eliminate the stupid sound effect from their website.    Why....just.....why.

Yes, the sound effect is silly. I hate websites trying to be cute by playing sounds!  Not only it is really annoying and distracting but if I try to sneak a peak at work, suddenly there is a train going through my cubicle!  Not good!

I thought that musical websites died out in the late 90s.

The part I really like about that truck is the fact that if you spend $100.00 the truck is free till 12-31-14 and you get free shipping. :D Beverage body sounds like a great idea.

My order is going to be $102.60 right after Christmas.

You modern guys are getting all the goodies.  I was really hoping they'd stagger their releases between older and new models.  Us 60s modelers need more than just the International cab.  Funny too, because switched eras from modern not too long ago, in part because of lack of vehicles (not that the 60s had any more, just though what the heck).
Failing to prepare is preparing to fail.

If you ask you may just receive. Speaking of asking,I asked for a beverage body for the new truck and was told they will look into it. :D

I did mention the fact that the guys on TRW were interested.
