Looking for 00-90 sized solderable tab ring terminals for the BLT transfer unit . Anybody know of frets or otherwise ?

Richie,
I'm not sure what you mean by micro ring terminals.
You mean like a tiny strip with a 00-90 sized hole in it, so you can solder a wire to it and then
fasten it down with a 00-90 screw?

have been looking for the same
wire end ring connectors
made for small/micro applications
the smallest I can find are designed for 18-22 gauge wire
thus, far too big for 00-90 screw
thinking I will need to make my own with either copper strip
or a like material as the wheels wipers used for electrical pickup

Is this an N or Z scale question?

If you mean something like this but with 00-90 size hole,

then I have never seen anything like that available.

You will have to improvise (either drill some holes in 0.005" brass sheet then cut them to size, or have them photoetched).

Couldn't you solder a wire to a brass 0-90 washer?

What about N or HO scale lift rings?

Yeah , you guys have the idea . I am leaning to phosphor bronze , and will settle for a strip like the side frame truck wipers on N diesels 'cept it needs to be ,10" , 3/32" , 2.5mm , or no wider than 3.0mm wide . I will do the cut to desired length , and drill the through hole . However I can't find that strip either . It need not have a method to clamp to the wire , so a flat punching or fret would be fine with me . I have been frettin' over this for decades , both for trains as well as circuit boards . Maybe somebody that has produced frets in the past would take this on , it could be brass . I was able to find ones that are used on either or both sides if the split frame insulator where the screw passes through , but that does not solve all my needs .

There are these:
https://www.fastenal.com/web/products/details/0704700

They are for a size 0 screw (like an 0-80), but I couldn't find any for a 00 screw.

... and I vote +1 for just soldering the wire to a brass 00-90 washer, or a phosphor bronze NWSL thrust washer, which they make in a variety of tiny sizes that would suit a 00-90 screw.

Thanks Max , I ordered some , but still on the hunt for thew 00-90 .

Ordered some of these also .........https://store.sbs4dcc.com/ringterminals.aspx they also have Kato contact strip frets in PB . I sent them a note about my 00-90 ring terminal wants . This is the style I want . All they have to do is shrink down their spec's .

Richie,
why are you insisting on phosphor bronze?  You only need good electrical contact and low resistance. Plain old brass (or even copper) would work perfectly well.

From Wikipedia: Phosphor bronze is used for springs, bolts and various other items used in situations where resistance to fatigue, wear and chemical corrosion are required (e.g., a ship's propellers in a marine environment).

Not insisting , just it would be stronger when it is thinner .

Oh , and just a note , the K&S Special shapes , ie girders , screens , etc ( which are no longer produced , damn it ) have a surrounding waste/protective/supportive edging which are all the same size and would make great 00-90 tabs by just snipping to length and drilling a hole .

At the size you're talking about, 0.005" brass should work just fine. After all, what gauge wire will be attached to it?  It will have to be pretty thin. 30 AWG?  The wire will break before the terminal will get damaged.
