hello i'm building the Walthers Valley Cement company. I'm working on building one. this building has 4-5 small windows. i'm thinking at the protype these windows are going to be pretty dirty, so should I paint them over or something?

Very dirty.
But don't paint over them, figure out a way to make them have accumulations of years of cement dust. The look is similar to the way snow accumulates on windows - sort of a spread U shape in each of the panes.
