Empire Builder route through Chicago

Which route does the Empire Builder take from Chicago? I'm doing some research for a project and I can't remember what parts of the city we traveled through en route to Milwaukee.

I'm not all that familiar with the RRs (and former RRs) around Chicago, but towns/neighborhoods between Union Station and Milwaukee include: Logan Square, Forest Glen, Morton Grove, Glenview (station here), Northbrook, Deerfield, Green Oaks, Gurnee, and Mt. Pleasant (WI).

Ex-Milwaukee Road..Metra/CP Rail.  The north line splits off at Western Ave.

If you go to the Amtrak site and scroll down on the left side and clink on 'Track A Train" you can see which way the train goes and usually compare to a map.

Without trudging through the Amtrak website are there any trains that use the CNW line through CY Junction, or no because of It ending at NW station.

All Amtrak trains run from Union Station, the Empire Builder and Milwaukee trains from the north side, the others from the south. None from CNW, that's all Metra.

Stops between Chicago Union -> Glenview  -> Startevant  -> Gen. Mitchell Field  -> Milwaukee.

^ I always forget to look in this Forum..... :facepalm:

In any case, I've commuted on the Milwaukee North and West lines, The UP/CNW Northwest Line, and the NCS service for 15 years.  Any questions, let me know.  I know the routes like the back of my hand....to a certain point. 

And the Builder.....too much info in my head on that one.
