It was a thorough review and improvement article in  N-Scale Magazine- I think about 9 pages.

It was after Hundman sold out (all those back issues are gone prior to Sept 2006).

So Pam at N-Scale should have back issues starting with Nov 2006.

Another great source for back issues of various magazines (modeling and prototype) is Railpub.  Prices are great but the shipping is a bit much but it isn't that easy to mail magazines given their weight... would recommend ordering a large number of issues to help taking advantage of the shipping charge.  I have been dealing with them for over a decade and have never been disappointed!!!

I have one full train right now but looking to add another. It's it a full train (set plus business cars) or just the set?
