Bookmarks are now operational

Above a thread, next to the reply button, you'll see "add bookmark".  Add this for each thread you would like to bookmark.  To see your bookmarks, click My Bookmarks next to My Messages up at the top.

Let me know if there are any issues you see.  I had to hand modify some files to get this to work.

Sorry but I don't see any "Add Bookmark" button here ........ (jet?)
and also no My Bookmarks next to My Messages up at the top. (maybe 'cause I don't have bookmark nothing jet?)
