N scale corn field

I recall that someone (Blueford?) is supposed to produce injection-molded corn stalks, but I also just stumbled upon this one:

A bit flat, but not bad. Maybe the stalks could be twisted to give them fuller look.

That's the same stuff I used (http://jamesriverbranch.net/project_25.htm). I twisted the stalks for better appearance.

Interesting...
I wonder if Alkem fret is the same etching.  When I went to Micron Art site the corn was advertised as a new item. It also has their name etched on the frame.

It's "new" because it's N. The corn I'd used years back was Z.

Definitely not Alkem corn.

Yes, it is us (Bluford Shops) doing the injection molded cornfields. In fact we had some major movement on that project this week. More info will be posted soon.
