Rapido Trains FL9 Question

None of the roads I model ran FL9's, so the one that I will ultimately purchase (for review purposes) is pre-destined for resale on eBay. Any suggestions as far as what the most popular road name / paint scheme might be? IE the one that will help me recoup the greatest portion of my purchase costs?

Hey, I don't mind taking one for the team. But then again, there's no point in throwing money away either, yah?  :D

Thanks!
-Mark

Or work out a deal with a TRW member who's getting some via mail order (with and without sound) to have one shipped to your place for review then forwarded to the final owner..

I'm getting the Amtrak PH3 without sound.. Haven't decided if I want one with sound or not, and getting mine from my LHS (Caboose Stop Hobbies in Cedar Falls, IA)...

You wouldn't want mine.  You need a stock one.

I tend to disassemble every loco I buy within 10 minutes of getting it home.

If I see something I can do....I start tinkering.

So why not yours?  Yours will run better than a brand new loco!   ;)

Any of the three New Haven variations will bring you the largest return.

I appreciate the offers (both private and public) vis'a'vis working out some sort of prisoner exchange program. Unfortunately, said arrangements haven't worked out too well for me in the past, so I think I'll be flying solo on this one.

But hey, I do like the definitive and authoritative statement that the NH paint schemes will have the greatest resale value. Take that you PC/Conrail guys, LOL!  :D

Cheers,
-Mark
