Site Formatting

I've seen it happen once or twice before, usually when the hosting is acting up, but for a solid day now the site is just plain text.  No formatting, just plain text.

That happened to me few days ago when the Hostgator had problems.  Try: <shift> Reload to fully refresh the page. If that doesn't work, clear the browser cache, restart the browser, and lastly, reboot your computer (if it runs Windows).

Sounds like the CSS isn't loading.  The <shift> Reload trick should work.

Tried everything, nothing worked.  Then it suddenly started working again.  It is a mystery!

I have seen this happen on many sites. Ebay pages sometimes load without the CSS file, and refreshing often doesn't work.

It seems to happen when connectivity is intermittent.  The browser must think everything is downloaded and stops requesting resources.
