So saw this, plus heard about it about 15 times from the Mother-in-Law, she's a trucker...

Looks more like 8114, the 'original NS' NS unit.
Yeup, the bright blaze orange with the yellow stripe and the white circle logo on the cab are a dead giveaway.
Shocking that the guy survived, looks like he just wasn't paying attention to the crossing lights and bam. Dude sure is lucky.

The video is grained so its hard to tell if there's are lights. I woul think the engineer was on his horn before the crossing.
