Bruce, all I can say is "HUBBA HUBBA" I have been out of pocket for a while working on the car, just got online and saw the module. Great work and I love the location! If you want to stop by on your way to Roundrock just let me know! Gordon

Wow, nice job! I enjoy seeing well-done detailing jobs.

Hmm... Kiz's detail jobs
all look like blobs...

Two scientists create a teleportation ray, and they try it out on a cricket. They put the cricket on one of the two teleportation pads in the room, and they turn the ray on.
The cricket jumps across the room onto the other pad.

That module is a butte.

Hope all the rocks and sand and ballast are glued solid , would not like to see it dump in the driveway when you will tip it to bring it in !!!!  Beautifull work !!!!

Bill-- You really nailed it.  I can't wait to get it back on the chassis and onto the layout.

Now I just need to wait for BLI to really produce a dual headlight E-6 so I can send you another blank canvass.  For those who see an undec dual headlight listed you will get a box with a single headlight unit.  BLI confirmed that the packaging is wrong and every dual headlight undec box contains a single headlight unit.  That's a no-go for the Milwaukee Road.  Bill and others have confirmed that BLI units are very hard to strip for repainting so an undec is preferred.  BLI says there will actually be E-6 dual headlight undecs in the October shipment.

Anyway, Bill you are da man :D
Best regards,

Roger

Laid track on two offset modules and am ready for track on the Wye triplet.

With these nice broad curves I just had to test with the Turbine Blade Train.  I can't wait to run this train (with like 30 more blades) on a full setup!

I realise that this is a result of the fremo guidlines, but the straight bit in the middle makes it look like a early video game of some sort

I'm late for the show, but I also just started my "weekend." have not really had much time lately, but I did get a little modeling done. got my NZT little D2 crawlers loaded on to a flat car, with tie downs, Still gotta make some chocks for them, then paint the "chains" I also experimented with a little light weathering. mostly made a makeshift black wash to try to bring out some of the outstanding detail on these little things. I'm pretty happy with the results so far. Hey Shipsure, you guys should get with DKS and work out some kind of deal to use the crawlers as flat car loads, they look great on one!

pictures later....
