Any one from Minnesota whose been around for a while will recognize the name. He was a pioneer in the 90's lots of articles in n-scale magazine. There will be a report on WCCO news tonight at 10:00 about him. I don't think he models any more but he is a really unique individual. You can still google him and see some of the things he has done

I wonder if he'll be in his winter black still or in his summer white.

That guy is awesome. The image of those Milwaukee Es crossing a "Western Hillside" that graced the May June 1994 issue of N scale has stayed with me like few others. I have two copies just in case. Those were good times and some real modelling. I loved the uncomplicated methods he used and his resourcefulness. I'd like to see that segment . Hopefully it will end up somewhere accessible to those of in the rest of the world.

wow!  I have been wondering (seeking?) Scott Seekins for the years since his last N Scale Mag. article.  His N scale modeling was truly awesome.

How many other N scalers have a girl band singing about them?

I wonder if he still models?

I remember him.  He did great modeling, and later became a serious artist...

Always a serious artist.  Just got involved in model trains for a while.

I knew him when Scale Model Supply had a large n scale layout. He looks exactly as he did then. Very nice guy in an artsy sort of way. Yes hes in white now

UP_Modeler and Scott Seekins both enamored with Britney Spears... Hmmmm....
That occurred to me as well, but UPM claimed to hail from Delaware, and was familiar enough with the area (I lived there for a time) that I believed him.

The last I saw of UPM was about 5 years ago on the late Bach-Man forum...

Always enjoyed Scot's articles.  Often thought he might be an interesting person to meet judging by the accompanying portrait photo of one his articles.
