And I just saw a gazillion car oil train roll through.  All white cars with black domes over a pinkish orange band.  Except the last one which was black.

Not just storage - they load grain onto ships there. There aren't any ships docked in that Bing image, but there was definitely one there early Sunday when I came through on the westbound Capitol.
