Happy News: Chemical blackener shipping charges lowered

Micromark won't ship to Canada and that other "website" (holy crap!!! look at it!) only ships UPS so I'd have to go through a good month of customs nightmares to get it into Canada but it is doable.

I know... P-B-L's website is a nightmare.  But honest, I ordered from them, and the stuff showed up at my door.
