Does anyone know a link out there for this? I tried the G.D. search feature and did not find what I was after. Got this friend who wants one installed.

Here's a write up I did for installing a TCS decoder into a Model Power 4-6-2. Installing any decoder would be done the same, just match the wire colors for your decoder:
