I have some questions about two passenger car diagrams in Wayner's "Pennsylvania Railroad Passenger and Freight Car Diagrams"
#1 page 11 has a diagram for a coach-baggage combine, PB70,  what are the car number(s) associated with this car?

#2 page 13 has a diagram for a crew dormitory car, PD70R,  what are the car number(s) associated with this car, when did this car run and what train(s) did it run on?

Either the PD70R dormitory car came and went before 1954 or it came later, it is not in the 1954 roster.
