The Moscow model railroad club made a 'group purchase' of kits a couple years ago.   One of the members communicated very well in English and ordered for everybody.   It was then a record for me in terms of one of the strangest places my kits ended up.   They don't do PayPal or credit cards in Russia, had to be a money order, and I cashed it, it cleared.

I have... 4 sets of 70-tonner etchings left for handrails.  Surprisingly enough I got an order not too long for another one (despite the existence of the Bachmann unit) and I had to dust off all the molds again and make another run.

I wonder where the brass parts went?   It's not worth much without those, but if you want those I still have those 4.  Or I'll make up another one.    I did communicate with the seller that the brass parts and instructions are still available.

I've had the little Climax kits also go all over the world.

Thanks for the posting Richie, you gave me a good memory and a chuckle.
