OK, so I used to be lukewarm at best about Conrail.  Big ugly blue trains that swallowed up a bunch of other railroads I like. But then it happened.

I did a patch job, tweaks, and some weathering on a Conrail caboose for a friend. "Not so bad, I guess"



Then someone asked me to do a repaint/renumber/decal job on a locomotive.



I'm in.  :scared:

Right now I'm working on 4 more Conrail cabeese, an RS11, the only blue F7A, a black F7B, a GP38, and a C30-7. And several of  my other locomotives are terrified that they'll be next. Kool-aid apparently comes in a blue color...

Very cool! Conrail does indeed rock! Is that a module or your layout?

My addiction is also in blue and even starts with a C but the rest of it is SX not onrail. :D

It's a 1 square foot microlayout (6"x2' with a fork).  Works great for natural light shots out the back window.
