What's happening in the picture?
If your referring to the picture I found: Penn Central being Penn Central
If your referring to the orginal picture: Crews of the former rivals shake hands on the morning of Feb. 1 1968 as they now work together as Penn Central. I pretty sure this picture is from Newberry Yard in Williamsport.
