visited the savannah train show today and picked up a couple of cars off the old 5-dollar bin.
without making it a foob - did any of these make it to CSX wearing the Seaboard System paint but with a patched number or reporting marks?

Here is the link you want.
From Fallen Flags website.
Search to your heart's content.
http://www.rr-fallenflags.org/csx/csx-flo.html
By the way, since the road numbers are clearly the same, they would have gone to CSX in 1986 with NO road number change. So no need to patch if you model early CSX.

Haven't seen too many little 2 bays, but I can say I've personally shot several 3-bay cars in full Seaboard lettering with CSXT reporting marks.
Every once in a while I've even shot the rare SCL, LN or SBD car in those reporting marks.

I've seen a few SBD in full paint with a CSXT patch. Mostly what I see are Chessie System with patch outs. ISP Minerals has a plant on Hanover Sub of CSX outside of Blue Ridge Summit, they ship out shingle granules in the 2 bays.

Can (sorta) confirm CSX ran these with the SBD logo untouched, but the road numbers & reporting marks changed/painted over.
Have a pic of one on the ol' Desktop PC, but it's in the shop
Will share when/if it gets repaired.
