Corrugated aluminum for covered conveyor

I'd like to make a conveyor for the N scale flood loader I'm working on, similar to this:

Does anyone know where I can find the right sort of material to make the rounded corrugated aluminum cover? I'm assuming it would have to be sheets that would have to be cut and shaped, but maybe there are corrugated culverts out there somewhere that can simply be cut in half. I've looked high and low and have found very little.

Chris,
Take a Evergreen plastic tubing of the right diameter and cut it in half lengthwise. Every 4ft or 6ft, glue thread around the half pipe. If you want a sectional look, cut extra heavy-duty aluminum foil in slightly longer pieces than your thread spacing otherwise one long strip. Burnish the foil down over the half pipe, trim, remove and install on the conveyor.

No, I was planning on using these plastic ones from Plastruct:

Hey wow, those are awesome. What would you say is the difficulty level on assembling them?
