"new" Kato electric RR towers: really like the NH ones?

I saw these on  store website, don't know if they've been around before but they do look interesting -- at least could provide a skeleton to build a more NH-ey looking tower. Anybody have these on their layout?

HO Scale NH Catenary:

NH's system was a little more art-deco and a little less industrial looking....

yeah, but that's a really great stand in that could easily be used by NH and even PRR folks . . . nice find.

I dunno...  There are only a few spots in the immediate vicinity of Philadelphia where some of Pennsy's very first catenary had poles kinda a little like that...  It's certainly closer to NYNH&HRR, although only marginally so.

The HO stuff looks great, but wow, expensive...

Holy cow that is expensive, hadn't noticed...

So much more expensive than the Somerfeldt system.  Shows that if there is a bigger market the price would come down, I suspect.

The Kato stuff looks decent.  But I don't see it as a stand-in for the New Haven version — particularly the tapered style between Bridgeport and New Haven.  I'll be etching my own when the time comes, but I'm probably two years away from that point.  I'd have to anyway because I will need to cover a four-track mainline.
