w neal to the rescue!

And I love how you guys drag sales reps through the mud....they usually aren't told about production items way down in the pipeline.

Ian,
I don't think I have ever seen a more appropriate use of this icon       than when you used it after the Walthers heading in your report.

Thanks for the update.
I’m not here to argue

^ And sales rep turnover is pretty good.  I'd not be surprised if any of them are there more than a couple of years.

And there you have it. While Bachmann has seriously stepped-up their MRR game recently, their marketing model remains tilted towards mass-market toy distribution. It would therefore follow that non-technical/non-production staffing would tend to be "it's just a job" rather than dyed-in-the-wool hobby fanatics. "Product history" to them is last quarter's sales numbers.

There was some talk about the ModuTrak guys changing their name.  Based on what I know, it seems like a prudent thing to do.

I was thinking they should do something about beer pressure - being from Wisconsin you either have to reference that or cheese.

I think "dragging them through the mud" is a little strong.   I get that they either don't know or can't tell because of competition issues.   But seriously...some guys either get bored or whatever and just say the most bizarre things.

To me, the manufacturer booths at most shows are about akin to reading a product review in MR.   Bad coverage of old news.

You've got a point there.

How about something completely different?
