Bowser Buckler Couplers

I've seen this item mentioned here recently, and had never heard of it before. I checked the Full Throttle website, and they show the coupler, but only as a talgo type,not as a separate option. It looks like a neat product,and I'd like to learn more.

Can anyone weigh in here?
