Great to see these beasts in motion. 1:23 shows the infamous wheel slip. I get the impression from all I have read that this was caused by a heavy hand on the throttle more than a deficiency in traction. It's akin to mashing the pedal on a muscle car, you will "get rubber in all four gears". Beautiful locomotives and hotrods to boot.

I'd buy an N scale T1 in a heartbear, if it was reasonably priced.
