Short Track Railroad in Vista will hold an Open House and 1st Annual Swap Meet on Saturday June 1, 2013.

Swap Meet sellers will get 2 8’ tables for Free but must RSVP to strrspringfling@roadrunner.com to reserve your table.
We don’t believe everyone should get up at the crack of dawn to either buy or sell at a swap meet so we will have vendor set up at 8:00AM. Swap Meet will run from 9-12.
Don’t think just because we are an N Scale club that there will only be N Scale for sale. Our swap meet is open to all scales.
(With our member participation, there will be plenty of N Scale for sale)
We have confirmed sellers for N. HO, O, On30, and other scales.
Open house will feature our two operating N Scale layouts. One is N Trak and the other is a permanent layout depicting the Southern Pacific crossing of Donner Pass. We run DC and DCC. Operators can use conventional throttles or smart phones.
We have a treasure hunt for children with rail themed prizes. There is a large playground right across from our building. (You can see your kids in a fenced in play area while at the swap meet)
There will be food options.
There are plenty of opportunities for the significant others to explore our museum. We are near the Weavers Building, which contains 50 different looms, and there is an old time Farm House.
