After reading the suggestions and thinking about this some more, I decided to pursue a no-cost option and build this T-shaped stand out of some plywood to which I mounted the moisture traps and pressure regulators. It is really stable and should work out fine for moving around the layout room. Thanks again everyone for the suggestions.
