NZT :( David K. Smith :) .... please

Well, as Sunrise signals are out of market now for some years and there is no N scale replacement for Espee Searchlight and specially Lower Quadrant .....
Why not think to have a mold of a a typical Union Switch & Signal box for signalmast base ?
Something like these two.... long time advertized from BeNscale, but never been available!

http://benscale.com/equipment-cabinets.html

It can be a good start to have all "lost" signals we ( just I ? ) need!

And US&S boxes are all around in every railroad Co. and I suppose there is a market for a "universal" detail like this , do you agree?
Sincerely

You mean these?

You can easily bash them into signal boxes by drilling a hole in the top for the mast, and double them up with a little sanding and gluing.

I've consider these, David, but ... I insist... a realistic mold with proper plates, rivets,doors... will do the job replicating US&S signal bases. I think I've SP drawings of it in the SP Standard books :)

You "insist"?

Honey is far more enticing than vinegar, especially regarding an enormous request such as this.

We all know that David simply snaps his fingers and these parts appear magically.  Therefore insisting is not out of the question.

Enzo posts from his home in Italy and might be using a translation program or may not realize that the word "insist"  has the connotation you are giving it.

In any event, his English is way better than my Italian :D

This is one of the most useful phrases in any language!

If DKS does anything...he should continue his PRR streak...and have a look at the latest trackside equipment in the latest Keystone Modeler :D

Don't worry DKS, the DB4 containers have satisfied me for awhile.
