Alternate way to contact the N Scale Architect?

Does anybody know how can I contact them, besides the "contact us" web form on their website?
I filled out that form last week and afterwards it said ''email sent". But I still haven't heard back from them.

I have a damaged kit and I hope that they'll send me replacement part.

You probably won't even see Russ, he'll be standing under his table.

ha.... We emailed eachother a few times after I had mentioned building the Worcester station on one of the forums. He asked what they could do to make the kit better. A multi-page email followed and I haven't heard from hime since. He'll probably run when he sees me at the show

That's the kit I have a problem with.  I suppose that the 2nd run (one I have) has not been improved.  I'm also really disappointed that it doesn't have the very prominent lettering on the facade (which could have been very easily laser-engraved).  Duh!

Followup:  I did email the address mentioned under "retailer inquiries" and Russ replied the next day. He will take care of the problem.

Pete, send me a PM with the issues you are experiencing. I may be able to help.

Thanks Dan,  the problem was that the photo-etched fret got mangled during shipping (it was loosely packed between 2 sheets of TaskBoard which shifted during shipping and ended up snagging some of the photo-etched parts.  Russ will be sending me a replacement fret.

But maybe I should PM you anyway as I'm now curious about your experience with that kit.  One thing that bugs me is the extra-wide attachment points (especially on the curved edges). That will be a pain to deal with.
